GAGAU & ASSOCIATES primary business is in engineering management, consulting and project management services from a team of qualified professional engineers, project managers and consultants with a combined experience of over 200 years in public utilities, technologies and infrastructure of electricity, (energy, power), water supply and sewerage systems and telecommunications (information and communications technology).
Our services are focused on electrical and mechanical engineering systems for community infrastructure development projects in all facets of power generation, transmission and distribution systems including renewable energy and hybrid power systems to water supply and sewerage systems to telecommunications networks, transmission and cellular sites infrastructure, information and communications technology (ICT) systems.
Our team is well-versed with customized solutions and quality service to specific clientele having worked across the public and private sectors with diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in projects, business and industries.

GAGAU & ASSOCIATES human capital and key personnel has over 200 years combined experience where we offer services through our expertise and skill sets, wealth of knowledge and know-how and resourcing on a project to project basis or engaged on a need basis. The G&A Team has nine (9) professionals who are electrical engineers, communications engineers, mechanical engineers and business analysts employed in the roles of consulting engineers, project managers, project engineers, consultants and business managers. We can access and source from a pool of expertise within its business and professional network, partners and associates are wide ranging from various industry skilled resources in occupational groups supporting the G&A Team. Steven is General Manager and Principal Consultant. He is an Electrical Engineer by profession, Principal Consultant and experienced Project Manager and Business Manager. He has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector and extractive Industries managing communications infrastructure and networks including telecom power systems (telepower) and ICT systems from engineering projects to business management including tender and contracts, client and stakeholder relationship to service delivery management.
